The Eilers Team

Matt and Heidi have been in Summit County since 1998, enjoying both winter and summer outdoor sports. However, what is keeping them busiest as of late is the newest addition to their family, Emmaline Sierra Eilers, born 3/31/09.  Matt and Heidi combined, have over a decade of  real estate experience, with Matt serving both buyers and sellers in Summit County, and Heidi having represented one of the larger new home builders on the Western Slope.  

As a team, Matt and Heidi have a comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of owning and managing real estate. Prior to their real estate experience, Matt was trained in the loan industry and has worked in the 1031 exchange field, and Heidi has worked in HOA and short/long term rental management. In addition, they own real estate both locally and overseas for a variety of purposes ranging from short term rental income producing properties to vacant land in New Zealand.
