I came to Colorado in 1989 to visit a friend. Like many locals I loved it so much I moved here two weeks later. I started selling waterfront land for the Patton Corporation in 1988 in Catskill Mountains of New York. After moving to Breckenridge I worked for Summit County Investments, the oldest real estate company in Breckenridge. In 1996 I started my own company, Solid Rock Real Estate Inc. In December 1, 2008 I’ve joined the Ten Peaks Sotheby’s International Realty team.

I’ve taken hundreds of hours of continuing education over the years. I’ve bought and sold real estate within Summit County for my own personal investment and purchased property internationally (Czech Republic). I’ve co-listed a 50 home subdivision in Breckenridge and gained experience with on-site sales and working closely with a developer/builder. I feel well prepared to provide the professional service expected when working with a broker having the Sotheby’s brand name.

I’m married to a wonderful woman from the Czech Republic and have a young boy and little girl. Working in the mountains is my passion and I could find no better place to live and work than Summit County.
